Returns & Exchanges:
Because all of our products are custom printed specifically for you immediately after you place your order, we do not keep inventory on hand. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or sizing issues. Please be sure to check the size chart carefully on the product page before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect (like a misprint), or if you receive the wrong item entirely, we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To resolve the issue quickly, simply reply to your order confirmation email with:

A clear photo showing the issue or defect.
Once verified, we will gladly arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please submit a claim to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed, we will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order to you.
