Shipping & Delivery

Because every item in our store is custom-printed just for you, our fulfillment process involves two steps: Production and Shipping.

1. Production Time Once you place your order, it gets sent directly to our printing partners. It typically takes 2 to 7 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it is ready to ship.

2. Shipping Time After your item is created and packaged, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. 

United States and Canada: Most orders arrive within 3 to 10 business days after production.

Other destinations: Most orders arrive within 10 to 45 business days after production, depending on the destination country, carrier, and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, customs clearance charges, or other local taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless they are clearly shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any such charges required by their country or carrier.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Multiple Packages If you order multiple different types of items (for example, a ceramic mug and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different specialized facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days. This is completely normal!

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships out, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your capybara goods as they travel to you.
